If you are not a Missouri resident and want to waterfowl hunt in Missouri, your options are a bit more limited, but opportunity still exists!
You are welcome to hunt any open-hunting waterfowl area without a reservation at any time during the waterfowl season. These areas can be found in Places to Go. These open-hunting areas are generally not rigorously managed for waterfowl, but they include wetland areas that provide habitat for waterfowl and hold water fed mostly by annual precipitation.
Nonresident hunters are also eligible to be awarded hunting spots through the poor line at intensively-managed wetland areas or hunt with a successfully drawn hunter.
